The team at Emkay Engineering have decades of experience in the plastics industry. A family run business that simply like what they do.
We began trading in 1998 and established ourselves as a limited company in 2007. Our main business is working in thermoplastic materials using both fabrication and machining techniques. We have access to the latest 3 axis CNC machine router which is a must when it comes to fabricated and machined products. We also offer support with design and innovation across different projects.
Examples of Fabrication include Polypropylene and polyethylene tanks for chemical or effluent storage, Pipe installations in both PVC and Polypropylene, Clear Polycarbonate machine guards, and dust extraction systems to mention a few.
Examples of machined products include Guide rails, Pulleys, sleeves, rollers designed to your specific requirement or to drawing

COVID-19
We've been working throughout the COVID-19 pandemic creating plastic guards, sanitation stands, and other PPE equipment, for a number of different clients up and down the country, big & small.

EMKAY SIGNS
In 2020, we launched an extension to Emkay Engineering - Emkay Signs. We create bespoke signage for the hospitality, service, leisure & retail sectors, specialising in pubs, bars, restaurants, shops, salons, and many more. We can deliver all stages of signage production, from conception and design to manufacturing and installation.
